Through continuous personal transformation and deep connection with the heart, Carolyn hopes to share the limitless possibilities of yoga with all people no matter the condition or symptoms present. Offering a place to learn tools for wellness, each of her private yoga therapy sessions are tailored to the unique needs of her clients and use yoga practices including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), guided relaxation and meditation, among others. Carolyn currently teaches online hatha yoga classes and provides individual yoga therapy sessions. She encourages all people, no matter the physical challenges present, to try yoga because yoga has something to offer everyone!
